We had a great stay at a charming hotel in Monterrey. The A/C in our spacious room was a lifesaver, and the pool area exceeded our expectations. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent customer service. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

My family had a lovely stay at this hotel! We loved the spacious rooms with excellent A/C and stunning pool area. the customer service in the restaurant was top-notch, and we enjoyed every meal we had. the location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views from the balcony.

The balcony door didn't lock, which made us feel a little uneasy at night. Despite this, we felt safe overall and had a wonderful time at this hotel.

The balcony door didn't lock which made me feel uneasy at night. I also wasn't a fan of the knocking sound in the morning by housekeeping which was too loud and disrupted my sleep.
